Rosh Hashanah

In celebration of Rosh Hashanah, Darcy and the girls made some challah bread this weekend.

Ellie and Emily watching saturday morning cartoons, playing at the front door, and taking a bath (first time Emily was not in the ducky tub). 

Sunday, Darcy and Ellie went to a festival and Dedham and rode some rides. 

While they were at the festival,  I got to hang out with this little lady all afternoon. 

Just home from work on Friday, this is the best part of of my day.

Here are some pictures of the girls from this weekend. 

At soccer practice - Ellie finally participated, although I had to be there with her the whole time. Still a big step forward from the previous two classes where she cried on the sideline the whole time. 

I think Emily is ready to graduate to the red stroller and Ellie is ready to be stroller free. In fact, Ellie can push the stroller from now on! 

Saturday, we went into the city (East Boston) for an art festival. We went with some friends and had a good time. Also, a great view of Boston. 

 Ellie loves to shop. She spotted this horse at Costco and had to try it.

Emily continues to grow and is getting bigger and bigger.  

Emily is now pulling herself up on everything - boxes, her crib, the bath tub, the front door, the couch, you name it.  

Weekend Update

A low key weekend. a Costco trip, soccer camp (Ellie refused to participate), and a trip to Houghton's Pond.

The Girls love Costco because the extra wide shopping cart can accommodate two upfront.

Look who can now pull herself up in the crib. 

Ellie is very vigorous in how she plays with Emily, including the swings. Emily LOVES it.

Labor Day 2014

Lots of fun this past Labor Day. Spent time being sporty, biking, at the playground, wrastlin', doing puzzles,  cooking, and eating. Here are some of the highlights.
