Some Weekend Pics

A fun weekend here:

Ellie's soccer program started up with a "meet the team" day. She was excited to get some soccer gear. First practice is on Friday. Team color is purple, team name is TBD.

Later we went to Laguna Niguel Regional Park where we hiked and the girls put on a riveting show on the amphitheater stage.

Emmy is big enough to where one of Ellie's old dresses (she is 2 yrs and 7 months).

Here is Ellie, in the same dress, at 2 yrs and 6 months. Emmy seems so much bigger.

Ellie's First Day of Kindergarten

It is official, Ellie started kindergarten today and is an Oak Grove Allstar. We are so proud of her and excited for all that is awaiting her in the upcoming year!

(Emmy was sick today and will start at her new daycare Wednesday, assuming she is better).

Today was more of a trial run and Darcy was with her. Tomorrow will be the real deal......

Mom and Dad Visit the OC

A couple weeks ago Mom and Dad made a visit to SoCal and spent some time with us in the OC. So great to have them out. It was Dad's first visit out!

Enjoying the views of Orange County. Love this picture.

Visit To My Office

Ellie has wanted to see my work office for the past year and last weekend I finally got around to taking everyone up to see where the magic happens!

Back in May we moved into a new building on campus. It beats the temporary trailer our group had been in since I relocated last summer. As you can see planes landing at SNA fly right over our campus.

Ellie waving to a plane while Emily covers her head, just in case an emergency I guess.

Ellie and Emily take turns practicing their typing.

The girls in the situation room. These are the toughest negotiators I know. Trust me they only make great deals!

On our way out Ellie and Emily left me a message on the dry erase board.
