Weekend

A lot of travel lately so I need to get caught up. 

Last weekend Darcy took the kids to the aquarium and took this picture of them posing with the penguins. Ellie looks really grown-up. 

This weekend has been fairly laid back. Some gymnastics and face painting, and might go to the beach still.

Didn't know Darcy had face painting as a hidden talent.

Emmy and Ellie continue to excel in their gymnastics. 

I got Ellie a glove this weekend and we have spent a lot of time working on throwing and catching. 

By the end of the weekend Emmy was pooped! 

Happy Mothers Day

Happy Mothers Day to all the Moms out there. The girls made Darcy breakfast in bed. 

Yesterday was gymnastics for the girls. I was with Ellie and Darcy was with Emily. Ellie continues to do a good job with her flips and handstands.

Last week we got together with the Southern branch of the SoCal Reifenberger's.  Darcy painted some faces and this picture will live in infamy!

This Sunday we checked out Dohini Beach which is in Dana Point. 

Home Office Makeover

Little behind on this post but over the past couple weeks Darcy made a few upgrades to her home office. 


Before - she was using boxes to make a standing desk.  

After - she purchased a Veridesk which can raise and lower to facilitate sitting or standing.  

Lazy Weekend

We took it easy this weekend. Gymnastics saturday morning and some neighborhood pool time sunday. 

At gymnastics Ellie did GREAT !!! We were so proud of her for going out and participating while we watched from the sidelines. 

After Gymnastics I got some snuggle time with Emmy and later took Ellie out on an ice-cream date. 

Sunday we went went over to the pool to soak up the beautiful day. Emmy splashed around while Ellie and Mom went to the big pool. 

Afterwards, Emmy fell asleep watching some cartoons. 

Living Room Gymnastics

Sunday we took it easy.  We all wen to see Zootopia in the theatre and the girls did some living room gymnastics. 

Nano Visits

Darcy had a trip to Boston and I had a trip to DC this past week. Luckily Nano came to the rescue to watch the kids! On Saturday we all went down to see the San Diego crew. 

Saturday morning we spent at the ballpark. Owen had baseball practice and Anne had a softball game which hopefully inspired Ellie.

We spent the rest of the day playing at Jeff and Jody's. 

At one point it even rained. What do kids in CA do when it rains?
